Morven Gregor – Artistic Director

Morven has been the Artistic Director of Birds of Paradise since 2004, directing the company’s most recent productions. Prior to joining the company she had worked on a variety of freelance projects for organisations including Theatre Workshop, RSAMD, Borderline Theatre Company, the National Museums of Scotland and Artlink Central.

Shona Rattray - Company Manager

Since graduating from RSAMD Shona has managed touring productions in Scotland, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Greece, Spain, Germany, Russia and Canada. Prior to joining Birds of Paradise Theatre she was probably best known, in the theatre community for her work with Suspect Culture. She joined Birds of Paradise Theatre in November 2005 and became Company Manager in 2007.

Emma Macleod - Administrator

Emma joined Birds of Paradise Theatre as an administrator in October 2009.  She graduated from Grays School of Art in 2007 and has worked in a variety of arts organisations including the Scottish Arts Council and the RSA in Edinburgh.
