for ChangeI’m Robert Softley and I have recently been
appointed to the post of Agent for Change here at Birds of Paradise
Theatre Company.
To briefly explain the Agent for Change programme, its remit is to
look in to why there is almost no representation of disabled
performers on the mainstream Scottish stage and to realise actual and
lasting change with regard to this. We will address the real issues
involved-whether they are to do with the inspiration of young disabled
people, training of performers, awareness in terms of those who cast
or some other area.

explanation of what the project is about.
